0 hour engine rebuild with OEM parts
Full machine service with oil samples and screen inspections
Recent bucket rebuild (9 yard spade nose rock bucket)
Transmission, torque converter, axles, final drives and brake groups have been reconditioned and are at approximately mid component life.
All hydraulic pumps have been reconditioned and are at approximately mid component life
Lift cylinders are being resealed and rods are being re-chromed
Bucket pins are replaced and loose lift linkage pins and bearings are being repaired
All machine leaks are being repaired and worn hoses are being replaced.
The cab interior is being detailed and the operator controls are being rebuilt.
