GK Machine H9 Bare Root Tree Digger — Purpose-built nursery harvesting machine designed for efficient digging and processing of bare-root trees and shrubs.
Powered by a Cummins 4.5L Stage V 4-cylinder diesel engine rated at 173 HP and 576 lb-ft of torque. Features a 2-speed planetary drive system with travel speeds up to 4.5 MPH, pressure-compensated load-sensing hydraulics rated at 36 GPM @ 2,500 PSI, D4-size undercarriage, and 16” single-grouser track pads with mud holes and rock guards.

The H9 is designed to straddle nursery rows while the digging blade undercuts the root system and the oscillating shaker assembly removes soil from the roots for efficient bare-root harvesting. Its low center of gravity and tracked undercarriage provide excellent maneuverability and flotation in varying field conditions.
Factory specifications include a standard 24” digging depth with configurations capable of up to 36”, approximately 108” of tunnel clearance, and an operating weight of approximately 28,500 lbs.
This machine is equipped considerably beyond a basic H9 configuration, including the HD 30” Delta blade, sensor-controlled blade depth, extended grousers, cab glass and heat, 360° camera, tilt system, and additional auxiliary hydraulic capacity.
