Rock Systems Model 101-24 feed hopper with belt feeder complete as follows: a. 6’-7" wide x 14’ long hopper opening constructed from 1/4” thick steel plate with square tube reinforcing at the hopper top and angle iron reinforcing at the hopper mid-section and bottom section; self-relieving tapered hopper bottom opening to minimize bridging; full length skirtboards with 3/4" x 6" adjustable rubber flashing to prevent leakage between hopper bottom and belt feeder; adjustable discharge gate with hand crank out the side to control material flow from the hopper. b. 24" wide x 17’-5” long belt feeder with fixed speed 7.5 h.p. electric motor, Nord helical bevel gearbox; 12" diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-15/16" SCM pillow block bearings; 12" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16" SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard and side nip guards; CEMA "C" flat belt idlers with 5" diameter rolls mounted on close centers; CEMA "C" return idler; 3 ply vulcanized endless conveyor belting with 3/16" x 1/16" rubber covers. Belt speed setup for 53 fpm. c. Steel fabricated structure constructed of square tubing and 1/2” thick base plates. d. Electric motor control panel with main disconnect and variable speed drive.
