Overview This 2027 Peterbilt 589 Traditional is configured as a day cab tractor for construction materials hauling — built for construction dump service on and off the highway. Engine & Drivetrain Powered by a Cummins X15 rated 605 HP at 1,950 RPM, governed at 2,000 RPM, with 2,050 lb-ft of torque at 1,000 RPM (2024-emissions compliant, EMUX electronics architecture).
