We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have nexus (a tax connection), in accordance with both state and federal regulations.
Sales Tax Collection
• We collect and remit sales tax in Texas and any other U.S. states where required by law.
• Tax rates are based on the shipping address provided at checkout and may vary by state, county, or city.
• If your order is being shipped to a state where we do not collect sales tax, you may be responsible for paying a use tax to your local taxing authority.
