From Doppstadt web site: The Doppstadt AK 630 is a powerful mobile shredder designed for the fast processing of almost all types of materials, including waste wood, pallets, logs, roots, green waste, and organic waste. It is mounted on a three-axle semi-trailer chassis equipped with ABS and is authorized to travel at speeds up to 80 km/h
• Feeding System: Features a 6-meter feeding hopper paired with a patented load-sensitive feeding system. A mobile scraper floor and an oscillating feed roller safely guide materials into the shredding chamber.
• Shredding Rotor: Utilizes a heavy-inertia rotor (approx. 2,500 kg) equipped with 36 free-swinging hammer holders. The hammer tips are made of tungsten carbide (videa) and are easily replaceable or adjustable depending on the material.
• Interchangeable Sizing Basket (Fine Grating): Features a unique system that allows the sizing basket to be changed in less than 15 minutes. Mesh sizes can be selected between 40 and 280 mm to determine the final product output size.
• Discharge Conveyor: The conveyor is 7 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, equipped as standard with a magnetic separator band to extract metals. It folds hydraulically, allowing a setup time of under 10 minutes.
• Engine & Cooling: Powered by an electronically controlled DaimlerChrysler diesel engine known for its high torque and low fuel consumption. It includes a large, accessible, tiltable radiator with an automatic reversible fan for easy self-cleaning.
• Operation: Can be easily operated via a 16-channel remote control and features an optional self-propelled hydraulic drive for easy maneuvering around the job site.
