The Bandit SG-40 is an aggressive, yet
economical priced stump grinder and was
engineered to be an all-terrain machine
suiting the needs of multiple stump grinding
professionals. Key features on the SG-40
include an aggressive cutter wheel drive system,
enhanced operator visibility, efficient machine
travel speed, and high maneuverability.
Operator controls are mounted on a 3-poisiton console. So, no matter
the position of the stump, you’ll be able to get an excellent view of
the grinding action. Two joysticks control the travel of the unit, while
a single, easy to use joystick controls all cutter wheel functions. This
set-up allows an operator to efficiently control all functions increasing
versatility and productivity.
The SG-40 sets the bar high in this size grinder category. The
aggressive belt-driven Revolution wheel with hex teeth powers through stumps with ease.
The track drive system is designed to travel over terrain conditions not
accessible by rubber tire units. The turf-friendly tracks are designed
to leave minimal footprint and onsite damage. When track tension
maintenance is needed, this is simply done by utilizing the adjuster bolts
on each side of the tracks
